Maison dent Bleue is well suited for both peace and quiet for a couple as well as for guests and family.
The ground floor is very spacious and includes a garage, pool room, laundry room and cabinets, and a larger room presently used as a studio.
The middle floor has four large double rooms with independent access and two large bathrooms. This section also has a separart storage room.
The upper floor section of the house contains a hallway with a guest toilet, a kitchen in a larger room, a small office and the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to outdoor bathing facilities. There is also an outdoor kitchen with grill, fireplace and sink with hot and cold running water. All spaces and rooms have large windows and patio doors, all with beautiful south-facing views of the countryside and the Esterel mountains.
